Summer 2026 is shaping up to be a busy one for Kindig-it Design. From coast to coast, Dave Kindig, KevDogg, and the Kindig-it Rig will be hitting some of the biggest automotive events in the country.

📍 May 16, 2026 — HVAC Industry Car Show | Houston, TX

Next stop: Houston for the Cool Rides Hot Rods Car Show, hosted by the Hunton Group. This event brings together car enthusiasts and the community for a great cause—supporting the Backpacks for Kids Drive, which has provided over 18,000 backpacks to local students.

Expect everything from hot rods to modern builds, plus music, prizes, and a People’s Choice Award.

Dave Kindig Meet & Greet:

📍 August 7–8, 2026 — Birthplace of Route 66 Festival | Springfield, MO

Join us in Springfield, Missouri, where Route 66 began. This two-day festival brings together hundreds of classic cars, live music across multiple stages, and some of the best food around.

Dave and KevDogg will be hanging out both days at the Kindig-it Big Rig, with cars on display and merch available.

📍 September 11–12, 2026 — Triple Crown of Rodding | Lebanon, TN

We’re bringing the Kindig-it Rig and three custom builds to the Nashville Superspeedway for one of the premier rodding events in the country.

• Friday (Sept 11): 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday (Sept 12): 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

📍 September 26, 2026 — Route 66 Mother Road Festival | Springfield, IL

Dave Kindig will be at the 25th Annual International Route 66 Mother Road Festival, celebrating both the festival’s 25th anniversary and Route 66’s 100th anniversary.

📍 October 7, 2026 — Cruisin’ the Coast | Gulfport, MS

We’re making our first-ever appearance at Cruisin’ the Coast, known as America’s Largest Block Party. With over 10,000 vehicles and events across 30 miles of coastline, this is one you don’t want to miss.
